Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sunny Kim Trading Coach website, member portal, live webinars, Telegram community and related content (together, the “Service”), operated by [Legal entity name], [registered address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a membership you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Educational service only

The Service provides trading education. Nothing we publish, say in a webinar or post in the community is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Please read our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Memberships and subscriptions

Card payments

Card memberships are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the membership page in your portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Crypto payments

Crypto memberships are paid in supported stablecoins (such as USDC or USDT) on supported networks. They do not renew automatically: each period must be paid manually. We will send reminders before your access expires. You are responsible for sending the correct token, amount and network; payments sent incorrectly may not be recoverable. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

Price changes

We may change prices for future periods. We will notify you in advance of any change that affects an active card subscription.

4. Refunds

5. Access, expiry and revocation

Your access to webinars, replays, resources and the Telegram community is tied to an active membership. Access ends, and may be revoked automatically, when:

  • your membership expires or is cancelled and the paid period (plus any grace period we offer) has ended;
  • a payment is refunded; or
  • a payment is disputed or charged back, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice, and without refund where the breach is material.

6. Personal access — no sharing

Your membership is for you alone. In particular:

  • Zoom join links issued to you are personal and must not be shared, forwarded or posted anywhere.
  • Telegram community access is granted to your linked Telegram account only; you may not add or invite others.
  • You may not share your login, resell access, or let anyone else use your account.

We monitor for account sharing and may revoke access immediately if we detect it.

7. Content and intellectual property

All webinars, recordings, playbooks, resources and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use during your membership. You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell or publish them without our written permission.

8. Community conduct

Be respectful. Do not post spam, solicit members, promote signals or other services, share illegal content or harass anyone. Moderators may remove content and members at their discretion.

9. No guarantees; limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any trading results, availability of any particular session, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim. 10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in the portal, and may require you to accept the new version.

11. Governing law
